Located opposite the bus stop from the nearest city and next to ski rental, the hotel's location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts. the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable with ample storage space and a great bathroom. In the morning, the early breakfast was appreciated and the friendly staff provided great service in the restaurant. the spa area was new and great for relaxing after a long day on the slopes.
There was limited staff on reception in the evenings, which made it inconvenient who needed assistance.

Great wifi service and comfortable bed. Amazing views and very close to outdoor activities. The restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was good.
Poor customer service at check-in and check-out, which resulted in a late arrival to our planned ski course. the rooms were outdated and in need of renovation, and the breakfast service could be improved with self-serve eggs and coffee to avoid long wait times.

We loved the location of this hotel! The bus stop opposite the hotel made it easy to explore the city of Chur. the ski rental beside the hotel was convenient for our ski trip. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good and the facilities excellent. We especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and bio sauna. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a great variety of options.

The hotel location was great, being very close to the lake and surrounded by mountains. the room was very adorable, with a stunning view of the natural beauty around. the hotel staff was very kind and accommodating to our needs.
Our check-in experience was not pleasant. the lady at the reception was very rude and abrupt with our children, who were excited about our arrival.
